A full rebrand of a beloved Hawaiian bank, from concept to rollout. Central Pacific Bank was founded in 1954 by a group of WWII veterans. The founders were determined to help community members build financially secure lives by serving them with integrity and providing opportunities for small businesses to thrive. Inspired by the bank’s roots in the mid-century modernist design movement, the new visual identity embodies the warmth and whimsy of mid-century Hawaii, and the humanity with which CPB does business.
